Dr. Neil Uffner
Dr. Neil is excited to have the chance to give back to the Philly community which he feels a part of, and feels fortunate to take care of you and your child. “Creating beautiful smiles that give patients lasting confidence is a great part of my job. The best part of my job, however, is being able to spend time with our patients. These guys are awesome. Patients are always happy when the braces are off, but I have a hard time saying goodbye!”
Dr. Neil grew up in New Jersey, and completed his undergraduate studies with a degree in neurobiology from Cornell University. He then moved to Philly, and never left! He attended dental school at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated at the top of his class. He completed his formal professional training at the Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry. He earned both his Certificate in Orthodontics and an M.S. in Oral Biology, and completed and published a masters thesis dedicated to studying dynamic smile aesthetics. In his free time, he likes the outdoors, running, playing tennis, and cooking with his wife Jackie (who is also a dentist!). If you want to make his day, Dr. Neil is a real sucker for a homemade chocolate chip cookie!
