Payment Choices & Insurance
We welcome all insurance policies, and we will work with you to maximize the benefits you receive so that orthodontic treatment is within your reach. We will ask some insurance related questions when we schedule your consultation. This way, we can confirm your insurance benefits prior to your office visit to make sure that you know in advance exactly what services are covered, how much your benefit is, and what your out-of-pocket investment will be. Once we begin treatment, we will file all your insurance claims on your behalf. We understand that insurances sometimes change. If your insurance changes while you are mid-treatment, we will submit all the necessary paperwork on your behalf so that you can continue to receive any orthodontic benefits you are eligible for.
We believe that orthodontic treatment can have a huge impact on a child or adult’s life, and that every member of our community deserves a chance to feel great about their smile. It is our goal to ensure that finances do not get in the way of orthodontic treatment. In fact, you might be surprised at how affordable treatment may be. At your first visit, one of our treatment coordinators will break down your insurance coverage and any out-of-pocket investment for treatment. We have many different methods of payment to fit all budgets, including no interest, no fee, extended payment plans (some as low as $99 a month), and discounts for payment in full. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payments from Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flex Spending Accounts (FSA), or Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA).
